SERVICE

FanTradingCards.com offers custom-designed and printed fan trading cards.

RETURN POLICY

Customers bear full responsibility for verifying the accuracy of their designs before finalizing orders. Please review all designs carefully prior to submission.

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for customer errors, including but not limited to typos and incorrect artwork.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
No refunds on custom orders.
Digital downloads and subscriptions are non-refundable.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Standard shipping timeframes range from 5 to 10 business days.
FanTradingCards.com is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

Upon completing the registration process, you will receive a password and account designation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and any activities conducted under your account.

You must notify FanTradingCards.com immediately of any unauthorized account access or security breaches.
You must log out after each session.
FanTradingCards.com is not responsible for any loss or damages resulting from failure to comply with these security measures.

CUSTOMER CONTENT

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all content you upload, share, or transmit through the Service. You agree not to submit any content that:

Contains child exploitation, obscene, indecent, or otherwise offensive material.
Includes threats, blackmail, or defamatory content.
Encourages unlawful activity.
Infringes on any intellectual property rights of third parties.
FanTradingCards.com does not pre-screen user content but reserves the right to remove any material deemed objectionable. Additionally, FanTradingCards.com may retain or disclose content if required by law.

USE AND STORAGE

Maximum file sizes for uploads.
Allocated disk space per user.

FanTradingCards.com is not liable for any deletion or loss of stored content. Inactive content may be removed at the company’s discretion.
