There's two reasons you may not see a number directly next to text: 1) The text is already on the card somewhere else, and we pick up that text and use it in both areas. 2) Customers in the past asked for less input boxes for certain designs. We listened to them.

Yes. A card in pets can easily be for a graduation...or whatever you want. A design that you like is all that matters. Get creative, create whatever information you'd like for any card on the site. P.S. Use your judgement for amount of text...as some cards offer more space, while others are short and sweet. Look at examples for inspiration!

We are happy to revise and or create a new design, but currently we only do that for larger volume orders...usually for weddings, events, parties, kids events, office gatherings...where there will be 10+ cards ordered with the same design.

We recommend using your judgement for what you'd like to write, and find some cards to choose from that fit that amount of text. For example, if a card has a large date on it, we recommend you do not insert a lot of text...as it will likely need to get MUCH smaller, in some cases not being very legible. We're glad you asked! 1) Fonts that are used on the web are MUCH more limited than what's really available (web fonts are boring), we're not. 2) Every card is unique, and we actually spend time making sure whatever information you provide looks as great as it can. (Real people doing really cool work so your card looks awesome) 3) Every card has MANY layers (artistic elements)...as many as 200 hundred in a single card...most web page can handle 7,8,9 layers on an image that can be customized real-time. The end result is a big difference!

Not really. If the image is VERY, VERY tiny, then it may be pixelated when we enlarge it to fit the space. Any picture taken on a phone will easily be 100% big enough. In some cases we'll use our judgement and run the image through AI software that's meant to "clean" the photo up a bit.

Super thick. As thick as the top selling and most expensive sports or collector cards available. We do not give out the exact details...that's part of our special sauce.

99% of the time cards will be produced the same day they are ordered, and either shipped the same day, or the next morning if the order was received later in the day.

We add at least one card per week, sometimes a lot more. We also delete cards every few weeks if they are not desired by our fans.

All sales are final, unless a card has a mistake and does not match the information provided. We'll happily ship out a new card, free of charge of course.
